All purchases on EchoSScribe are final and non-refundable. Please review this policy carefully before making any purchase.

1Refund Policy

EchoSScribe operates on a strict no-refund policy for all purchases, including:

  • Credit purchases: Once credits are purchased, they cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Plan upgrades: Payments for upgraded plans (Starter, Creator) are non-refundable.
  • Cancelled accounts: If you cancel your plan, you will not receive any refund for unused credits or remaining subscription time.
  • Partial usage: No refunds for partially used credits or services.

2Cancellation Process

You may cancel your paid plan at any time. Here's what you need to know:

How to Cancel

  1. 1Log in to your EchoSScribe account
  2. 2Go to your Dashboard
  3. 3Navigate to Account Settings
  4. 4Click "Cancel Plan" and confirm your decision

Processing Time

Cancellation requests are processed within 24 hours (maximum 1 business day).

After Cancellation

Your account will be downgraded to the Free Plan with 5 minutes/day.

3What Happens After Cancellation

When your cancellation is processed:

  • Your account will be automatically moved to the Free Plan
  • You will receive 5 free minutes daily for transcription
  • Your existing transcriptions and history will be preserved
  • Any unused credits will be forfeited (no refund)
  • You will not receive any monetary refund

4Replacement & Exchange Policy

As EchoSScribe is a digital service:

  • There are no physical products to replace or exchange
  • Credits cannot be transferred between accounts
  • Plan changes are permanent once processed

5Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, we may consider reviewing a case if:

  • There was a technical error on our system that prevented service delivery
  • You were charged multiple times for the same purchase (duplicate charge)

For such cases, please contact our support team with proof of the issue.
