• Payment details processed securely by Razorpay
• Audio files and Transcripts: We store your uploaded audio files and generated transcripts to provide you with a history of your work. You can delete these at any time from your dashboard.
• Basic usage analytics to improve service

We use your data to operate the Service, manage billing, and improve performance. We never sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Protection and Security

All data is encrypted via HTTPS. Passwords are hashed securely. Audio files are stored securely on Cloudflare R2. Transcriptions are processed by our AI partners (Lemonfox/OpenAI) who do not use your data for model training. Payment data is handled by Razorpay under PCI-DSS compliance.

4. Your Rights

You can request access or deletion of your account data by emailing us at echosscribe@gmail.com.

5. Data Retention

- Audio files & Transcripts: Retained until you delete them from your dashboard or delete your account. - Account info: Retained until you delete your account. - Payment records: Retained as required by law.

6. Changes to Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Any significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
